To be eligible for an Elmiron lawsuit, you must meet the following criteria:
- You have taken Elmiron for a minimum of two years.
- You sought medical treatment specifically for vision issues.
- You received a diagnosis of vision problems, such as pigmentary maculopathy, retinal maculopathy, or macular degeneration, after taking Elmiron.
- You experienced vision changes, including blurred vision, difficulty reading, distorted vision, eye pain, issues adjusting to darkness, vision disturbances, or vision loss, after taking Elmiron.
- You were diagnosed with vision problems or began experiencing vision problems while taking the medication or within one year of stopping its use.
- Your vision problems started on or after January 1, 2010.
