You may qualify to file an Elmiron lawsuit if you:

To be eligible for an Elmiron lawsuit, you must meet the following criteria:

    1. You have taken Elmiron for a minimum of two years.
    2. You sought medical treatment specifically for vision issues.
    3. You received a diagnosis of vision problems, such as pigmentary maculopathy, retinal maculopathy, or macular degeneration, after taking Elmiron.
    4. You experienced vision changes, including blurred vision, difficulty reading, distorted vision, eye pain, issues adjusting to darkness, vision disturbances, or vision loss, after taking Elmiron.
    5. You were diagnosed with vision problems or began experiencing vision problems while taking the medication or within one year of stopping its use.
    6. Your vision problems started on or after January 1, 2010.

Determining if you meet these criteria can only be done by a lawyer. If you are unsure whether you qualify, it is advisable to reach out to an Elmiron lawyer. They can ask you a few questions to assess your eligibility, and the initial consultation is free of charge.
